The owner/manager’s house is the most substantial building on the

NYS approved and licensed 75-lot park: The campground is a New York State approved and licensed park on Pine Lake in the Adirondack Mountain region. Bordering state land designated: Forever wild. Conveniently located 1 ½ hrs. from Albany, NY, 1 hr. from Saratoga, NY and only 4 hours from NYC. Just 20 miles north of I-90 (NYS Thruway) and 16 miles north of the Gloversville/Johnstown area on routes 10 and 29A. Recreation includes miles of marked & groomed snowmobile, cross-country ski & hiking trails, a Par 70 golf course (3 mi.); Post Office & shopping (5 mi.) and many restaurants also nearby.
All lots are leased and occupied with permanent camps on many of the sites.
